Residential Deckbuilding Process |
1. Property Visit
The deckbuilding process begins with a visit
to your property where we discuss your needs and offer you,
pictures of decks that may suit your needs. Our aim is to help
you design your dream deck. Following the initial
consultation, we will provide you with a professional deck
design and deck estimate, competitively priced with an
itemized list.
We encourage you to
visit some of our completed decks and speak with some of
our satisfied customers. We guarantee our workmanship for 5
years, and give a complete satisfaction guarantee. You are our
quality control person.
2. Construction
Once deck construction begins, our deck
installers will use the best decking materials for cedar and
composite deck. We use treated wood, red cedar or clear cedar
for the majority of our projects.
Our craftspeople work on your project exclusively from start
to finish, completing your deck project by our guaranteed
completion date, subject to the weather. At the end of each
day, your home will be left neat and tidy and our finishing
touches will be enjoyed for years to come.
Your deck may also be built out of composite decking
materials. These products have many advantages over wooden
decks. No more staining, peeling, no slivers, no cracking, no
warping, no twisting, and a better non-slip surface. This
“maintenance–free” decking is over 85 percent of our business
today and will never need staining but does require an
occasional bath.
Whether you are considering a simple deck project or one on
a grander scale, it would be our pleasure to meet with you to
discuss creating a beautiful backyard environment.
Our business is built on satisfied customers, one deck at a
time. We hope you become one soon. |
