1. Making Contact to Start the Residential Siding Process

After you fill out the FREE estimate form online or contact us at 952-933-4510. A Stinson Services representative will answer any questions you may have regarding your siding replacement project. Next, we will discuss the various siding options for your particular situation. Finally we will schedule a meeting at your home to evaluate your home siding project in detail.

2. Meeting You at Your Residence
The scheduled meeting will consist of a general inspection of the siding on your home, measuring the exterior square footage, and discussion of your possible options to best fit your needs. At this time we will discuss the various benefits of wood siding, cedar siding, vinyl siding, hardie siding and steel siding.

3. Siding Estimate Preparation
Next we will take the information to the office and prepare a siding estimate that fits your unique needs. The representative will send you schedule another meeting to review the siding estimate and ensure all siding project specifications are correct. Once you are ready to start your project we will order the materials and schedule one of our professional Minnesota siding installation crews.

4. Begin Work On Your Residence
A highly skilled siding crew will start work on the date scheduled. All of Stinson Services, Inc's crews are very conscious and respectful of you and your property. All old siding is removed and placed in a dumpster, a new moisture barrier is then installed on your home, and finally siding and details are installed. Total job times vary depending on size and process of the job.

5. Painting & Finish Work
Once the siding is completed Stinson Services, Inc will thoroughly clean the job site, have services needed for the job removed, and pick up any left over materials. Painting and finish work are completed at this time. A Project Manager is assigned specifically to your job and will be involved in each step until completion.
