We’ll want to know what your goal is and what your timeline is for completion. Next, we will discuss the various siding options for your particular situation offering advice when needed.
We are professionally certified installers of James Hardie, engineered wood, vinyl, wood and steel siding. You’ll receive a list of opportunities from a professional consultant to help determine the best fit for your property.
2. Meeting You at Your Property
Whether your exterior siding project consists of a full replacement with James Hardie fiber cement siding or a classic maintenance-free vinyl siding it will require measurements and finding out what best suits you and your property. You and a Stinson Services professional will discuss possible options of colors, size, and layouts on your siding. Are you curious what a few options may look like on your property? Our talented Heidi Stinson will impress you with her Design Eye technology. She will mock up a photo of your house showcasing the new cladding materials. This will give you a visual representation of what your home will look like once the project is complete.
3. Minnesota Siding Estimate Preparation
We’ll provide you with a scope of work, options of colors and advise you on possibilities. You’ll have time to review the different options with a hassle-free environment. If you have any questions, our representative will schedule another meeting to review the siding proposals and walk through any questions you may have regarding the process and products used. Upon agreement, our production team will receive the news of the new partnership and begin building your siding project.
4. Begin Work On Your Minnesota Siding Project
Our team strives to keep you involved, ensuring you are kept abreast of any developments the entire time. You’ll receive siding project updates along the way to keep you in the loop. You’ll meet our friendly production team and find it easy to ask them questions throughout your siding project.
Our highly trained siding installers will be at your property on-time and keep your property clean and tidy. We’ll remove any old siding products, install a new moisture barrier and install new siding materials. Your exterior siding project will be documented through the entire process.
5. Final Walk-Through & Finish Work
Once the exterior is completed, we’ll start the final walk-through to clean up the property of nails and debris. We’ll perform a siding project checklist to ensure we’ve finished your project to it’s entirety. Our production manager will leave you with warranty information and other helpful information regarding your new siding materials. Any final painting and detail work has been wrapped up. At this time we’ll say our good-byes and leave you saying “wow.”
